Depending upon the size of the firm, we suggest a salary ranging from $85,000-$110,000.

Candidate Criteria
List any requirements or preferences regarding coursework, Law Review membership, moot court participation, employment experience, language proficiency, or other desired skills. If there is any information you prefer to be withheld from candidates, please specify.
Training
In addition to a week-long legal skills Boot Camp, all Resident Associates will participate in continuing legal education during the year-long residency. Please provide input about any potential CLE topics that would be useful for your Resident Associate’s success.

LMU Loyola Law School’s 2023–2024 Resident Associate Program offers employers an opportunity to hire a trained Class of 2023 Graduate to serve on a full-time, year-long basis. The Career Development Office will collect Resident Associates’ resumes on behalf of employers, but the employers will make all hiring decisions. Employers are under no obligation to hire any of the candidates. LMU Loyola Law School does not contribute to the salary and is not in an employer-employee relationship with participating graduates.
