myTime will replace the current manual timesheet process and provide student workers with a web-based tool for entering hours worked and submitting bi-weekly timesheets electronically. No more pushing papers!
Reminder: Hours are required to be entered on a weekly basis. If you do not enter your hours weekly, your supervisor will receive an alert.
All students who receive work study funds must complete this training prior to their first day of work. To start training, watch the quick tutorial video and then finish with the quiz at the bottom of this page.
Note: If you have multiple job assignments, the information below still applies. You will just be able to select which job you are entering hours for when you open your timesheet.
