Business Law Society (BLS)

Business Law consists of a variety of diverse areas including securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, banking, tax, and the creation of business entities such as corporations and partnerships, among many others.

The purpose of the Business Law Society (BLS) is to:

  1. Provide a forum for students, faculty, and the community to examine and share their views about Business Law.

  2. Increase interest in Business Law.

  3. Heighten awareness of ethical concerns in Business Law.

  4. Inform students of the diverse career opportunities in Business Law.

  5. Establish a network of students and industry professionals interested in Business Law.
