By submitting my photograph(s) to Loyola Law School, I hereby authorize and grant Loyola Marymount University and Loyola Law School (collectively “Loyola”), their agents, employees and all others acting pursuant to their authority unrestricted, royalty free use of my name and said photograph(s) in any a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic or any other medium (“medium”) in perpetuity. My authorization granted hereby includes, without limitation, Loyola’s rights to use, reproduce, exhibit or distribute in any medium (e.g. print publications, video tapes, CD-ROM, Internet/WWW) my submitted photograph(s) or likenesses and name for any purpose that Loyola, and those acting pursuant to their authority, deem appropriate, including promotional or advertising efforts “use.” I further attest that I own the submitted photograph(s) and likenesses or am otherwise entitled to grant and authorize these use rights.
I understand that I may not be notified when and how my photograph(s) is/are used, and I waive any right, if any, to inspect or approve the finished or reproduced photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph(s) by Loyola or pursuant to their authority in any medium.
I release Loyola and those acting pursuant to their authority from all liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use, reproduction, exhibition or distribution of my submitted photographs and name in any medium. I understand that all such photographic uses, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of Loyola.
