Large Firm Early Resume Collect

The Career Development Office invites law firm employers to participate in our Early Resume Collect program. This program is intended for large firms hiring 1Ls (Class of 2028) for their 2026 1L and/or 2027 2L Summer Associate Programs.

With Resume Collect, you will receive candidates’ resumes and transcripts as of the 2025 fall term. You can then select and interview applicants independently based on your preferred timing and, if desired, directly request additional application materials from candidates. NOTE: An exception to the LMU Loyola Law School Career Development Office non-discrimination policy and AALS bylaws is granted to representatives of the U.S. Department of Defense who discriminate on a basis not permitted by Loyola’s non-discrimination policy or AALS bylaws. The exception is currently made in order to avoid the loss of funds that would otherwise be imposed under the Solomon Amendment (enacted by Congress in 1996).
