Work Setting
Specify the anticipated salary.
Depending upon the size of the firm, we suggest a salary ranging from $90,000-$120,000.
List any additional benefits your firm may offer the Resident Associate (e.g., parking, sick time, health insurance). Benefits are not required, but strongly encouraged.
Training
In addition to a week-long legal skills Boot Camp, all Resident Associates will participate in continuing legal education during the year-long residency. Please provide input about any potential CLE topics that would be useful for your Resident Associate’s success.

LMU Loyola Law School’s 2024–2025 Resident Associate Program offers employers an opportunity to hire a trained Class of 2024 Graduate to serve on a full-time, year-long basis. The Career Development Office will collect Resident Associates’ resumes on behalf of employers, but the employers will make all hiring decisions. Employers are under no obligation to hire any of the candidates. LMU Loyola Law School does not contribute to the salary and is not in an employer-employee relationship with participating graduates.
