Loyola Latinx Law Students Association

La Raza de Loyola has been in existence since the late 1960s. Among its objectives: to increase the number of lawyers willing to work with the Latina/o community during law school and upon graduation; to serve as a support network for Latina/o law students on campus; and to serve as an academic resource to help the retention and success of Latina/o law students. La Raza's activities include speaking events that bring to the forefront the issues facing the Latina/o community and Raza Grad, an additional graduation ceremony infused with our culture and traditions.

Centered in the predominantly Latina/o neighborhood of Pico Union, La Raza de Loyola actively advocates for Latina/o educational and social issues on campus and in the surrounding neighborhood.
