  NOTES:

  1. PC w/Disc DRIVE - Windows 10 PC allows user to access their cloud-based documents, the Internet, web-based email account, and play standard format DVDs and other digital video formats.  *No Disc Drive in PCs. 
  2. MULTI-MEDIA PROJECTOR - Hanging from the ceiling, this projector will display any of the input devices available in the room (PC, document camera, Blu-Ray Player, etc.) onto a projection screen.
  3. FLAT SCREEN DISPLAY - This flat panel display, sometimes behind the presenter, will display any of the input devices available in the room. 
  4. TOUCH SCREEN PC MONITOR - A touch sensitive screen or monitor; allows a user to use the PC desktop as a white board and otherwise interact with the displayed PC image.
  5. BLU-RAY PLAYER - This player will play most media found on disc including HD DVDs.
  6. DOCUMENT CAMERA - Referred to by some as an 'Elmo'.  It is a video camera oriented to shoot down upon and display a hard copy document.  
  7. DISPLAY CONTROLLER (Extron/Crestron) - The Display Controller allows the user to select which device to display.  Some Controllers have a touch sensitive screen while others employ a hard button interface.
  8. AUTOMATED AUDIO RECORDING - Classes in the room are regularly audio recorded for students with excused absences.
  9. REMOTE VIDEO RECORDING CAPABLE­­­­ - The room can, upon request, be video recorded remotely from the Instructional Technology Control Room.
