Course recording policies are set by each professor individually. Each professor's policy falls into one of the following categories:

  1. Recordings of each class meeting will be available on the course website to all students enrolled in the course.
  2. Class recordings will be made available on an as-needed basis, by way of automated email, to any student enrolled in the course who requests them. (Professors need not approve but are notified of your requests.)
  3. Class recordings will be made available, by way of automated email, only upon the professor's approval.

Requests for recordings that fall into the above listed categories 2 & 3 must be made using the

 Online Request Form.

IF, after clicking on a recording link, you get a 'Not found' or 'Forbidden' message, please contact us at Instructional.Technology@lls.edu or give us a call at 763-1111.

Recordings of a class are available only to current course registrants. It is a violation of the Student Standards of Conduct and the Acceptable Use Policy for anyone to access or use these recordings except as specifically authorized. The recordings are available only in streaming format and thus students are limited to listening to them online. They may not be captured, downloaded, stored or distributed in any manner. For more information consult theStudent Handbook, Rule 16.3.1 or theAcceptable Use Policy, Section II.1.
